Operations Coordinator
Manage schedules, work & purchase orders, and keep clients and vendors in sync in our fast-paced Studio City office.

- Create and process work orders and purchase orders
- Maintain positive client and vendor relationships
- Organize route schedules for optimum service and timeliness
- Answer telephones and take client orders with professionalism
Operations Manager
Lead day-to-day operations for a 50+ person team — strategy, leadership, compliance, and emergency coordination.

- Manage and supervise technicians and specialists
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify fire hazards and risks
- Provide training on fire safety protocols and procedures
Scheduler
Coordinate and optimize schedules and routes so service gets delivered on time — every time.

- Act as the main point of contact for scheduling inquiries
- Organize and manage route schedules for timely delivery
- Collaborate with vendors on material delivery and pickups
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems
Estimator
Open new accounts, build long-term client relationships, and estimate projects from start to finish.

- Establish relationships with new customers and their service requests
- Manage existing customers and create estimates in internal CRM
- Process paperwork and obtain signed contracts for new projects
- Maintain constant communication with customers, office staff, and technicians
- Preferred: fire protection or construction experience, established book of business
Fire Alarm Technician
Install, inspect, and repair fire alarm systems while keeping every system aligned with local AHJ standards.

- Install, maintain, and repair panels, detectors, pull stations & notification devices
- Conduct routine inspections and testing per local AHJ standards
- Troubleshoot alarm systems, wiring, and electrical components
- Perform functional tests on exit lighting and emergency signage
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Fire Sprinkler Technician
Install, inspect, and maintain sprinkler systems with a strong grasp of NFPA standards and local codes.

- Perform inspections and functional tests for AHJ compliance
- Interpret technical plans and schematics for accurate installs
- Document findings, repairs, and recommendations

Inspect, service, and maintain extinguishers, hoses, and exit lighting — the front line of fire safety.
